Deacon
Deacon Seraphim and his wife Sh. Brigid were founding members of Saint Timothy Antiochian Church in Fairfield, California in February 1994. He was made a Subdeacon on November 24, 1996 and served Saint Timothy Fairfield until August 2001.
He then moved to Saint Timothy Antiochian Orthodox Church in Lompoc, California and served as Subdeacon, Choir Director for 12 years, and Parish Council President for 8 years.
He arrived at Saint Simeon in September 1999, to serve as Subdeacon and chanter, until he was ordained to the diaconate on February 24, 2024.
He has been married to Brigid since January 1994, have three grown daughters, and one grandson. By profession he is a software engineer and director of engineering, with a life-long fascination with anything to do with computers.
